ADAMU A. SIUTO is a Pullo by tribe born in 1966 at Wuro Daande Mbanga, Sardauna Local Government, Taraba State Nigeria. He attended Tamvya Primary School from 1977 – 1983. He proceeded to Government Secondary Gembu in 1983 and completed in the year 1987. Consequently, he also furthered his education in the year 1989 to Federal College of Education, Yola where he red Agric Education Double Major and obtained his Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in 1991. In the same year July, 1991 he took up appointment with Local Government Education Authority as a Classroom Teacher. He went to University of Maiduguri where he obtained his first degree in Linguistics/Fulfulde a combine honour in 2002. In 2003 he got admission in the same University to read M.A General Linguistics and at the same time was given a Graduate Assistant where he served for the period of two years. Presently, he is working with Taraba State Universal Basic Education Board, Jalingo
